This design was for the conversion of an existing derelict warehouse
into a 520,000 square foot Class A office building. The construction of the project
included stripping the building back down to its concrete structure, adding a
floor, creating a centralized atrium and the development of several vertical transportation
cores that would offer maximum flexibility for future tenanting.
