This building was developed by Forest City Enterprises and is occupied Millennium Pharmaceuticals. The 225,000 square foot, 9 story building acts as a terminus of a major pedestrian axis of a master plan designed by Koetter Kim and completes the edge of an important landscaped quad. The carefully detailed curtain wall with strong horizontal banding and multi-colored energy efficient glass is meant to reflect the innovations in the bio-sciences championed by Millennium.
