Evergreen Walk, South Windsor, CT

This new “lifestyle” center is located in South Windsor, Connecticut. The open air retail facility was designed to be pedestrian friendly with over 250,000 square feet of retail and dining establishments. The architecture was derived by studying the buildings of the Town of Windsor and surrounding communities to develop a project that would feel indigenous to the state of Connecticut.

Mr. Smook was the Project Manager and a member of the concept design team for this project while at Elkus/Manfredi Architects Ltd.
