Originally constructed in the mid 1980s, this upscale shopping
mall had been languishing due to a combination of tenant mix and lack of retail
identity of the exterior of the building. Exterior improvements included working
with new tenants, including Cheesecake Factory, Pottery Barn and Borders Books
to allow their individual branding to be expressed on the exterior façade
of the building.
