Design work for this prestigious retailer included a full interior
fit-out and storefront design at the Atrium Mall, as well as base building improvements
to the former Boston Five in Downtown Boston. Each design strives to create a
unique environment within an existing building, yet still remain consistent to
the Borders brand.
Mr. Smook was the Project Manager and a member of the concept design team for base building improvements for Borders Books on School Street, Boston and Project Manager/Project Architect for Borders Books at the Atrium Mall while at Elkus/Manfredi Architects Ltd. Architect: Elkus Manfredi Architects
