Located at the Pinehills in Plymouth, MA this project is a 100
units of rental apartments on 11 acres over looking a championship golf course.
Due to the unique topographic conditions of the site, the project required the
design of new prototypical unit types. The project also included the design of
a clubhouse and fitness center as well as several ancillary buildings.
Mr. Smook was the Project Manager and a member of the concept design team for this project while at Elkus/Manfredi Architects Ltd. Architect: Elkus Manfredi Architects
