To ensure maximum flexibility for future tenanting of the large floor plate – two separate elevator cores were designed and linked to a common lobby. The project also planned for additional future office buildings and parking structures at the Westborough Office Park Mr. Smook was the Project Manager and a member of the concept design team for this project while at Elkus/Manfredi Architects Ltd.
