This 100+ site, located on Interstate 495 in MetroWest/Boston, was originally targeted to be the new campus for Cisco Systems, Inc., a high-tech company.

The developer has re-envisioned the project as “The Point:” a mixed-use development with 640,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment uses. Although located in the quiet suburban town of Littleton, the region’s demographics within a 15-minute drive are reminicent of the high-end neighborhoods of Newton, Wellesley, and Westwood, suggesting a more upscale and forward-thinking development approach.

The project includes a 120-key hotel and conference center, as well as several office buildings.

The site has a dramatic 80 foot grade change from north to south. As such, the project is divided into three “tiers” of retail, dining and entertainment, each themed to attract the high-end shopper.
