This is a whole house restoration, renovation, and addition to a historic home in Needham Massachusetts. During the project, the Team met with members of the Historic District Commission to guide them through the design process. The design included a substantial addition to the side of the existing Home incorporating a three-car Garage, side Porch Entry, and three new Bedrooms above; that entire form (body and trim) was washed in a shade of Historic Barn Red. In the rear of the property, a new First Floor Great Room addition created a new entertaining venue for the family offering framed views of the landscaped property. Photos by Andy Weigl
